Day 31: Trip to Luyengo Clinic, Piggs Peak and Lombamba

Luyengo Clinic, Manzini Region
So today the data clerks went back to Luyengo to resume with interviews and I went to Piggs Peak Government Hospital to finish data collection there. This picture was taken on my way from getting one of the data clerks for an interview in Luyengo Clinic. After picking up one of the data clerks, I got all the data clerks, the driver (including myself) some braai for lunch! The meal below was really cheap! It costed only 20 Rand wish is equivalent to about 2 US dollars! The meal came with chicken, pap, and salad (it's behind the chicken). Braai is also known as chicken dust and kitayama (which is all called barbeque in the States. This is my second time buying braai. For dinner, I had a traditional Ghanaian mean made by the Prekos. At the end of the day, we went and visited Lombamba Clinic to start data collection there. the Senior Nurse was hesitant to allow us to conduct the study at their site until I notified her of our connections with the Ministry of Health.
